Hey y’all! Sorry this week’s menu is a little late…
Monday already… phew this weekend flew by! My in-laws drove down for the weekend, which was such fun! We also hosted a potluck brunch at our home on Sunday. Everyone brought such yummy food, which is the advantage of making it a potluck. I made this EASY spinach and cheese strata, these scones (subbed currants with chocolate chips), and this cinnamon roll quick bread. FYI – the cinnamon roll quick bread is so satisfying and easy when you don’t feel like investing the time into yeast cinnamon rolls.
Anyway, enough chatting! Let’s get on to the menu for this week! For more information on how I menu plan, look at this.

This is right on time. I was just headed to the grocery store. I’ll try the meatballs and burrito bowl. Thanks!
YAY! Both are delicious. You can’t go wrong with either 🙂 If you do make the meatballs, buy enough ingredients to make a few extra batches of the meatball mix. Then just freeze the meatballs. Easy meal for another night!
Now I want mac and cheese…
Yep. 🙂 That’s the great thing about being responsible for creating the menu – you get to put on what you’re craving 🙂
True!
You are an inspiration with these delightful menu ideas! 🙂 I’m hungry again and wish I lived next door! 🙂
Ha! Thanks! I was looking at this menu and think it looks a lot like last week’s menu… (lazy)
