Well folks, it’s my 30th Birthday today. And I’m happy about it!
Here are my plans for today (and it’s the same EVERY single year in my adult life):
- No cooking
- A little shopping
- Pumpkin pie for my “cake”
At 30, my life is settling into a sweet rhythm! I’m really happy right now! So if my 30s are like how my 30th birthday is starting, then it’s going to be an awesome decade!
Happy birthday! I felt exactly the same way about turning 30 earlier this summer – life is good right now, and I think the 30s are going to be great! I just needed a little me time, no cooking, and some strawberry pie for my day and I was a happy girl. Hope you thoroughly enjoy yours!
Exactly! No cooking is the plan for today. Plus we snuck in a trip to Target already 🙂 Not a bad day at all!! Thank you!
Happy Birthday! I’m turning the big dirty 30 in October, and I have no qualms about it. 30 is the new 20, right? Except better… I really don’t want to be 20 again, ever. What a hot mess those years were!
