Hello friends!
I’m guest blogging today over at Our Pretty Little Girls blog!
Beth has been hosting a weekly series called Girl Moms and it’s been such encouragement, not just as a mom to a girl, but as a mom in general!
I would love for you to swing over and read the post! Even if you aren’t a momma. I could use some “regular reader” support.
Plus, I’d love for you to discover Beth’s blog!! I just adore her and her sweet spirit!
Will you hop over and read this post? Let me know what you thought!

What a sweet post! I can definitely relate to those feelings of awkwardness and not fitting in. Just recently I had someone make a derogatory comment to me about my appearance (wasn’t that supposed to end after high school?).Thanks for the reminder of Who made us and loves us unconditionally!
Say what???!! How rude!
It was an amazing lesson to learn as a mom, but also as a woman! I need that reminder for myself often.
We have yet to start watching Veggie Tales, but your post has inspired me to get started! I loved the message behind the episode you mentioned. It’s so hard for girls to feel beautiful, confident and lovely inside and out with all the pressures the world puts on them. I hope and pray that I can help Olive know where her true worth comes from and to be confident in herself. Thanks for this sweet mama message 🙂
We don’t watch them often, because I think they’re a bit over Elizabeth’s head still, but there was only so much Daniel Tiger I could take 🙂 But clearly, God wanted me to watch that. She didn’t really care, but it hit home to me.
